This healthy “Oven Fried Chicken” recipe comes courtesy of Chef Courtney. 8 chicken breast tenderloins 4 cups crushed corn flakes 2 tbs olive oil Salt/pepper/garlic powder 2 eggs beaten Place the seasoned chicken breast in the eggs and shake. In ziplock bag, mix crushed corn flakes and olive oil. Add chicken breast and shake. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a pan with Pam. Place chicken tenderloins in pan and spray the top with Pam.
