Q: How do you balance being a Mommy and keeping your sense of self?
A: The gym! It’s the one hour of the day that’s all mine, keeps me sane and happy.

Q: What is your favorite piece of advice to new Moms?
A: Trust your gut. We’re all newbies, but I really believe we instinctively know what’s best for our kids. Also, find a mom friend who you can say anything to – judgement free. We all need someone like that in our lives.

Q: How do you incorporate fitness into your daily routine?
A: I’m all about a good workout! Weightlifting, plyometrics, Flywheel, walking, yoga – anything that gets me moving and sweating.

Q: Share your best or favorite place for a family vacation and tell us why.
A: Laguna Beach, CA. It’s a little slice of heaven – beautiful weather year-round, mountains, beach, farmers markets, healthy eats, beautiful parks, a beachside playground, a great public library and delicious restaurants. It’s my happy place – and it’s 40 minute away from Disneyland 🙂

Q: As a Mommy what is it that you feel you do “right”?
A: Our girls are happy, secure, nice kids. We try hard to make sure they appreciate everything in their lives, shower each other & their family members with love and say please and thank you all the time.

Q: Share something you have learned about yourself since you became a Mom.
A: I like order. Chaos and endless loud noise overwhelms me. I always considered myself to be free-flowing, but turns out a love a good schedule.
