It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and holiday cookies are synonymous with the yearly event, which these days is like a month long celebration (at least), of parties, gift exchanges and non-stop eating! Here’s a festive treat that’s always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients
1 package of Oreo Cookies (can use regular or double stuff)
1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz. size)
1 package of Almond Bark (for White Chocolate Coasting)
Sprinkles (Green & Red of course!)
**will need small paper cups for each “cookie ball.”
Step 1: Crush 1 package of Oreos
Step 2: Mix with 8 ounce package of cream cheese
Step 3: Roll each ball, scoop about 1 tablespoon for each
Step 4: Melt Chocolate and Dip, use a fork to completely cover the cookie ball, be careful not to pierce it
Step 5: Set each cookie ball in a paper cup, cover with sprinkles and allow the chocolate to completely harden
